Institute of Hospitality

The Institute of Hospitality is proud to support Women in Hospitality Day at Hotelympia. The Institute of Hospitality is the international professional membership organisation for individual managers and aspiring managers working in the hospitality, tourism and leisure industry and has been the industry’s leading network for more than 75 years. Globally, 70% of hospitality and tourism workers are female, and yet men hold the vast majority of management and board positions. We believe that better engagement of women in hospitality workplaces at all lifestages -  through flexible working, gender psychology, mentoring and leadership -  would make our industry more efficient and more profitable.
