Robert doesn’t come from a hotel background. He has worked in a variety of industries, from smoking fish, policing the Soho streets, qualifying as a chartered surveyor, founding two research companies, and as CEO of a public company. He opened his first hotel in Kensington in 2006, based around what he wanted as a guest, creating his individual and original concept. The Nadler Liverpool opened in 2010, followed in June 2013 by The Nadler Soho. The Nadler Victoria, by Buckingham Palace, is scheduled to open in December 2015.
“I’ve never enjoyed any business as much as hotels – the opportunity to be creative both in a design and business sense, as well as conceptually, whilst being able to promote my ideas on sustainability, is incredibly exciting”.
