Diego Masciaga

Michel Roux’s Waterside Inn

Diego Masciaga knows what it takes to run a successful restaurant. Having worked in the industry for over 30 years, his portfolio includes a stint at Le Gavroche, opening Le Mazarin in London (a restaurant which gained a Michelin star after four months) and he continues to make his mark at Michel Roux’s Waterside Inn. The restaurant is the first outside of France to retain all three Michelin stars for over 25 years, with Diego having been there throughout. He holds a Master of Culinary Arts, was awarded the Grand Prix de l’Art de la Salle from the L’Académie Internationale de Gastronomie in 2010, has trained butlers for Prince Charles, and has served Boris Yeltsin at the Kremlin and the Queen at Windsor.
