The Set was created by chefs Semone Bonner and Dan Kenny formally of The Ginger Pig and The Gingerman respectively as a restaurant delivering Set menus, lending to the thinking behind the name. They aim to create an experience that surprises their guests, that tears up the boundaries of eating out and really make something to be remembered. Their recent sensory experience sold out, a four course tasting menu that has been designed to see how smell, sound and light effect can confuse and enhance the dining experience.
