Stephen Minall

Stephen is an entrepreneur who has extensive experience with retail and food service operations on a global scale. He is one of the founders of a quick service restaurant concept called Wrapid which is based on preformed made wraps and burritos. In Universities, Malls, Rail and International franchisees. Wrapid sells into convenience retail stores, 3663 as a frozen option also. Wrapid is also listed with Ocado the online home delivery grocery supplier.

He was previously Board roles as Operations Director at Pizza Hut to Procurement Directors role in Hotels to Rank Plc.

F&B Director at Queens Moat Houses Holiday Inns for Europe and Franchise MD for Bewley’s in Ireland has given Stephen a great depth of experiences..

Stephen is often guest speakers for British Banker Association and Trade bodies in Europe on consumer trends and EU consumer spends. Recently returned from Australia , speaking in Brisbane on the future of mobiles in micro payment world.

Stephen has lived in USA/Japan/Ireland and resides in the UK. His wife is American.

Stephen also a shareholder in  Moving Food Ltd, which has a successful track record in launching new products in Retail Multiple business and sells an extensive range of longer shelf life grab n go products into the convenience store sectors, multiples, health food sectors.
