Marc is a founder of Winnow. Winnow works with companies in the hospitality industry to minimise food losses in the kitchen, thereby saving costs and reducing waste. Prior to founding WInnow, Marc was a Manager at McKinsey & Company where he was a leader in the Sustainability and Consumer practices. While at McKinsey, Marc co-authored the McKinsey Global Institute's report "Resource revolution: Meeting the world’s energy, materials, food, and water needs". Marc is an expert in resource scarcity and resource efficiency and has spoken at Oxford, Cambridge, and Yale as well as to the European Commission. Prior to McKinsey, Marc worked at the US Green Building Council and at C&S Wholesale Grocers, the US's largest food wholesaler where he was Chief of Staff to the CEO. Marc holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
