UK Account Manager, Avvio

Ed is a Senior UK Account Manager on Avvio’s Client Services Team. He has extensive knowledge of the international travel market, with particular expertise in the serviced apartment sector, as a result of the variety of e-commerce, sales and marketing roles he has held within the travel industry. Ed provides hands-on strategic consulting and training to support the direct sales growth of many leading UK hotels and serviced apartment operators.

Ed is passionate about the science behind conversion optimisation and customer retention. He relishes the opportunity to collaborate with customers to unlock the strength of their direct sales channel. Recently, he was a strategic adviser to a number of hotels and a VC backed start-up in the sharing economy.

Ed studied Politics and International relations at university where he grasped the fundamentals of strategic thinking. A millennial himself, he is part of the generational change that is reimagining every industry, including the ever-evolving travel landscape.
