With the boom in real, authentic gelato and ice cream consumption in the UK showing no sign of slowing, visitors to Hotelympia 2016 should take a trip to the Carpigiani stand (4010), where the global leader in ice cream equipment will be showcasing the very latest in state-of-the-art equipment, bespoke designs and professional installation solutions. In addition, a comprehensive programme of live chef demonstrations from some of the industry’s most celebrated professionals will take place on the stand across the four days of the show.
Famed for innovation and advancement in the field, Carpigiani is set to launch a number of exciting new appliances at Hotelympia 2016. Following on from the success of the Carpigiani Maestro range introduced at the event two years ago, the Italian manufacturer is delighted to launch the Carpigiani Ready. An entry level unit with the ability to heat, cool, and freeze in one; the Ready is suitable for pasteurising, mixing and churning delicious creamy gelato, or fresh, vibrant sorbet. With six programmes, three hot and three cold, the Ready can save time and simplify the production process, enabling operators to produce pan after pan of wonderfully smooth, indulgent ice cream.
For those looking for the latest in soft serve ice cream, the show will see the UK launch of the XVL1 Counter Top unit. Taking many of the features of the existing floor standing XVL range, the counter top model puts single portion ice cream or frozen yoghurt production into a model designed for those with limited space. Compact in size, the XVL1 Counter Top unit boosts high production performance, versatility through design and a number of optional extras including mixers and single portion kits, making it one of the most adaptable solutions available.
Other new products launching at Hotelympia 2016 include the Pastomaster HE, offering energy saving and greater sustainability to those producing large quantities of mix and the new look, Carpigiani 153 countertop pump machine. With an extensive portfolio of equipment, visitors to the Carpigiani stand will also have the opportunity to see first-hand, a range of bespoke display solutions, speak to an expert about the company’s shop fit and design services and understand more about the training provided around the country via the renowned Carpigiani Gelato University programme.

A full schedule of sessions and seminars will be announced over the coming weeks and will include top chefs, expert ‘gelato masters’ from around the world and individuals with decades of experience in the ice cream industry. Offering knowledge, expertise and the opportunity to ask questions to gelato connoisseurs, the sessions will be held on the Carpigiani stand across the four days of the show.
