With 21 years’ experience in marketing, over 16 of those in foodservice at Jellybean, Susan has worked with a wide variety of leading brands during her career, including Twinings, Tilda, Ferrero, Hobart, and Pritchitts. She is passionate about the out of home market and the opportunities it offers across its diverse sectors. From insight and strategy to campaign planning, she offers an integrated media-neutral approach and an in-depth understanding of the market.

Focussed on driving ROI for clients and delivering stand-out integrated communications, as part of Jellybean, Susan has won and judged numerous awards in the industry including FPA, CIPR, RAR, B2B Marketing, The DRUM, IPM and most recently the Quality Foodservice Awards. Excellently networked, she can be found at nearly every event in the hospitality calendar and is an active contributor to the Jellybean blog and social media feed. She also sits on the Marketing & PR Committee for industry charity Springboard.
