He began is formal training in hospitality management at the age of fifteen in his native France, which led him to the acclaimed wine school in Toulouse. Having worked at Cameron House Hotel, Gary Rhodes and Putney Brasserie, Joel now oversees all restaurants and champagne bars for Searcys.
