For this edition of Hotelympia we are teaming up with CESA to host a Catering Equipment Concierge Scheme for companies within retail, foodservice, restaurant, hotel industries and many more to participate in pre-arranged meetings with our exhibitors that are members of the Catering Equipment Suppliers Association.

How it works:

Pre-Event

  • We send you a list of the equipment suppliers exhibiting at Hotelympia 
  • OR a list of the type of products you are looking for
  • You return the list confidentially with detailed requirements or simply request a meeting
  • Meetings scheduled by Fresh Montgomery and approved by you
  • Complete timetable will be sent to you prior to the event

Onsite

  • You only see the people you choose to see - no pressure to meet certain suppliers
  • Dedicated meetings will be held on the show floor in small, private booths.
  • Exhibitors come to the meeting area to greet you and either sit with you in one of the meeting rooms or take you to the stand to demo the specific product you are interested in.
  • Exhibitor has appropriate equipment on their stand/brings samples to the meeting where appropriate.
  • Each buyer receives an evaluation pack including relevant information about the products and summary charts showing the difference between a range of products (where appropriate).
